We aim to read messages within three to five working days. Complex clinical queries or translation requests may take longer. We do not operate a 24-hour support line.

What we can and cannot help with
Eye Health Guide publishes educational information reviewed by eye-care professionals. We can help with questions about the site, suggested improvements to articles, and accessible formats where feasible.
- We cannot diagnose symptoms or recommend treatment for individuals
- We cannot interpret your eye scan, prescription or test results
- We cannot expedite hospital appointments or prescriptions
Medical emergency disclaimer
Do not use email for urgent eye problems. Sudden vision loss, severe eye pain, chemical injury, new flashes with a curtain of vision, or a white pupil reflex in a child need immediate local emergency or specialist eye care — not a reply from our inbox.
Privacy
Please do not send sensitive personal health records unless necessary for a specific correction request. Messages may be stored to respond and improve content. See our privacy policy for details.
